![]() The staff you deal with if you call are very well versed on what to say, and not pleasant at all to deal with. It mentions neither of the above, it says I can cancel at anytime and be refunded the balance of the policy cover less a $110 cancellation fee. Yet the Product Disclosure Statement says otherwise. (Wrong Again) I was told that I could cancel the cover at any time, but I could not get a refund, unless the car was under finance, repossessed, stolen and written off, neither of was the case, so no refund, The very unpleasant lady I spoke to kept quoting from the Terms and Conditions that this is the terms. Knowing it was of no use to me, I decided I would cancel the remainder of the cover, and get a refund. Funny thing is, the heading on the placard states "What Could Possibly Go Wrong" After spending $1495 on this only to find out it doesn't cover much at all, I come to the conclusion, it is not worth the paper it is written on. (Big Mistake) We went away thinking that if anything went wrong with the car we would have this extended warranty to fall back on. Thinking that this would be a good thing for a young driver we went ahead and purchased it. The placard states that purchasing extended warranty is as important than purchasing your vehicle, it has a picture of a car with sections highlighted that the warranty will cover e.g- engine, suspension, computer etc. ![]() Read more ced in front of us a bright and shiny advertising placard suggesting we should buy extended warranty for peace of mind for our new purchase. Whilst at the dealership purchasing this car, we had prominently pla. I contacted the dealership, and was advised it was past their warranty period and to submit a claim to Integrity, which I did. It got to the point that we had to take it to a mechanic for fear of her being baled up by it on the roadside. She started having troubles with the car just after it had gone past the Statutory Warranty period offered by the dealership, which was 3months. Purchased a Used car in January 2022 for my grand-daughter. I would've been better off fixing the ac myself originally. I now have to spend over $1500 to fix the mess they created. They'll go as far as to provide substandard parts to save money. Highly recommended you don't waste your time with this warranty company. Very unacceptable treatment on their part. Unfortunately integrity is completely unwilling to assist any further then that and have said "take it to QCAT".
